Ishikawa Foundation for International Exchange (IFIE) has introduced the Trio-Phone System (a system where 3 persons can share the conversation). If you have any problems or issues related to day-to-day life that you want to discuss about, please call on this number: 076-222-5950; you will be able to talk to the respective organization through our CIR staff who will interpret for you if you do not speak any Japanese. We provide counseling/interpretation in English, Chinese, and Portuguese. The content of your discussion will remain confidential, so please feel free to call us.
